For over 60 years, volunteers have been—and continue to be—a vital part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey Bruce & West Simcoe. We’re proud to present The Heart of Mentorship, a moving short film that celebrates the power of connection and community.

Every day at BBBSGBWS, we witness the profound impact our Bigs make—not only in the lives of Littles and their families but throughout the entire community. And what better way to share that impact than through the voices of those who live it—right from the heart.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to every Big, Little, and family member who generously shared their story and allowed us a glimpse into their mentorship journey. A huge thank you to Beyond Reach Productions for capturing these moments with such authenticity and care.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give back, your volunteer journey starts here—through connection, community, and heart. This year, we’re growing our impact through The Big Reach—an initiative bringing BBBS to more rural and underserved communities. Building on the success of our 100 Hearts campaign, we’re now focused on meeting people where they are.

Becoming a mentor means sharing time, building trust, and making memories that can last a lifetime. You’ll laugh, learn, and grow—together.
